Ethan is partner of Analytics at Craft Ventures. In addition to making investments, Ethan leads diligence efforts firm-wide and manages Craft's associate team. Prior to Craft, Ethan was an early employee at Zenefits, where he held various roles in Operations leadership. Having learned from the challenges faced by product and go-to-market teams at hypergrowth, Ethan focuses his investing in SaaS tools that help companies solve their biggest operational problems.

Ethan began his career in Product Management at a mobile gaming start-up in Beijing. He graduated with Highest Distinction from Duke University.
