Justin is an Entrepreneur in Residence at Craft, focusing on the AI application space. Prior to joining Craft, Justin worked at Loom in roles spanning both eng and product. He led Loom’s effort in evaluating and implementing AI technology; prior to the AI initiative, Justin brought Loom’s SDK platform offering to market and served as director of Core Product. Before Loom, Justin worked as an engineering manager and staff engineer for four years at Airbnb, leading the teams building Airbnb’s internal agent tools and support channel management. Justin’s career prior to Airbnb included eight years as a freelance engineer and technologist, leading projects for clients ranging from Bloomberg, Citi, and Sotheby’s to nascent startups and philanthropic initiatives like Mark Bradford’s Art + Practice. Justin began his career as a management and technology consultant for corporate and government clients across roles at Booz Allen Hamilton, Accenture, and RoundArch. In addition to his technical career, Justin has brought his experience building customer-centric products to food security with the founding of the Vermont-based mutual aid non-profit Farm Stand Together.
