Sean is a director leading the go-to-market talent function for Craft's portfolio companies. Prior to joining Craft, Sean spent eight years leading executive searches for venture-backed technology companies, building C-suite teams for emerging software, internet, and tech-enabled businesses at True and 3FORTY3. He began his career working in financial markets as an equity options trader in Chicago, then spent several years based in East Asia working for one of the region’s leading educational institutions and publishers.
